PRIYANKA’S DIET, EXERCISE AND SKINCARE
Priyanka told Harper’s Bazaar Magazine that she swears by the CTM method: cleanse-tone-moisturize. She likes to experiment with her moisturizers and revealed on Twitter that she switches between light lotions like Clinique’s Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion and richer creams like Clarins’s Hydraquench Cream. To keep her skin clear and healthy, she regularly takes multi-vitamins and drinks a lot of water.
On her diet and exercise regimens, Priyanka told the Times of India: “I go to the gym four times a week just to tone my body. I am lucky I do not have a tendency to put on weight.
The only thing that I have cut down on is oil…. I also avoid any kind of heavy meals. Instead, I thrive on healthy snacks. In my case, baked, steamed and stewed stuff has edged out deep fried delicacies.
Sprouts of all kinds too make a frequent appearance on my plate. I also love raw vegetables, especially fresh, red carrots. For the present, it’s also no cheese, no butter but high fibre foodstuffs for me. I firmly believe that if you eat right, you feel right.
As far as beverages are concerned, coconut water is my all time favorite. I can have any amount of it anytime of the day.
My keep-fit regimen also includes a number of breathing exercises.”

PRIYANKA’S DAILY LOOK
Priyanka’s revealed her daily makeup routine to NY Times Magazine: “[For eye lining, I like] M.A.C. Teddy [Eye Kohl], a bronzy brown…. I usually smudge that into a black Armani pencil. But the most magical is the M.A.C. [Fluidline] black liner in a pot, in Black Track. I apply this to the inner rim of my eye with a firm brush, and it doesn’t move at all. It never irritates my eyes. It is great for swimming, rain or crying scenes.”
For her daily look, Priyanka said, “I must have my Bobbi Brown concealer, in Honey. There are so few that are yellow enough for my skin. I apply that where needed and then M.A.C. NC43 powder [Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation]. My favorite blush is Nars Orgasm. My lip is usually M.A.C. Spice [Lip Liner], or a Laura Mercier lip stain in Mulberry. Armani Eyes to Kill mascara is a must.”
Priyanka loves perfumes and wears many different fragrances; some of her favorites include Ralph Lauren Romance, Dolce & Gabbana The One, Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin, and Jo Malone Vintage Gardenia.
PRIYANKA’S MAKEUP ROUTINE
There are four basic rules to follow when applying makeup to look like Priyanka Chopra.
1) Wear green colored contacts
Priyanka is almost always seen wearing her green colored contacts (Freshlook Colorblends in Green). They look dazzling on her and give her black eyes interest and depth. I’ve personally used these contacts and loved them- they made my skin look both fairer and brighter!
2) Wear a peachy-pink blush
Priyanka is totally a creature of habit. When she finds a beauty product or item of clothing she loves, she’ll wear it over and over again! 3) Wear pink-based lipcolors
Priyanka’s best facial feature is her luscious lips (so says boyfriend Shahid Kapoor, at least!), and she knows how to play them up in a way that is both sexy and classy. Wear pink-brown, deep pink, or pink-red lipsticks or lipliners to look like Priyanka Chopra- and stay away from dull, unflattering nudes!
Try her favorites (and mine) MAC Lip Liner in Spice and Laura Mercier Lip Stain in Mulberry. Also try MAC Lipstick in Sophisto and MAC Lipstick in Twig. Priyanka told Vogue India she likes to use The Body Shop’s Born Lippy Lip Balm to moisturize her lips; wear this on off-days!
4) Use makeup to contour your nose for thinness (optional)
Look carefully at Priyanka’s nose and you’ll notice her makeup artist applied a brown contouring powder to contour it. Nose contouring gives the illusion of a slimmer nose; it is a trick loved by celebrities who may have insecurities about the size or shape of their nose.
To contour your nose successfully takes practice and seriously good lighting. Take a shade slightly darker than your skintone (try a medium-brown eyeshadow or MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural) and, starting from the top of the sides of your nose, draw two straight lines down either side towards the nostrils. Blend downwards to form a right triangle. Keep blending until it looks natural.
PRIYANKA’S HAIR ROUTINE
Priyanka “Piggy Chops” Chopra cuts her hair to a medium length, several inches past her shoulders. She parts her hair in the center or on the right side, with some short, wispy bangs falling on the left side of her forehead. She will either wear these bangs alone or sweep them back with the rest of her hair. Her hairdresser thins her thick hair and gives her numerous choppy layers to keep it looking modern and chic. She gets her hair trimmed every two months.
Priyanka colors her hair brown, from medium-brown to very dark. Most often she will wear her hair down, either straightened, blown out, or with the bottom half curled in loose, outward facing curls.
Priyanka Chopra shared with the NY Times that her hair beauty secrets “come from the kitchen. Beer and egg are great for the hair. Yogurt is excellent for helping with dandruff. And in India we do a lot of warm coconut oil deep-conditioning treatments. Massage coconut oil directly into [the] scalp. This way it gets to the root, so the hair grows in healthier.”
