Kareena Kapoor recently revealed to Jitesh Pillai, editor of Filmfare Magazine, that she keeps her skin clear and pretty with “yoga, loads of water, and cherries”. Now, the first two might come as no surprise… but cherries? Unexpected!
Cherries are full of antioxidants; remember, the rule of thumb with fruits and vegetables is: the more color, the better! Colorful fruits and veggies are a sign of their healthfulness.
